Universal DataAgent (the "System") is designed for professional intelligence gathering. Users must ensure that all extraction activities comply with local and international regulations regarding data privacy and automated web inspection.
The System employs adaptive delay mechanisms to prevent excessive load on target servers. Attempting to bypass these safety protocols or using the System for malicious DDoS-style activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate system lockout.

Extraction from government portals, restricted secure domains, or sites explicitly forbidding automated access through robots.txt (unless authorized) is a violation of these terms and may result in legal consequences for the operator.
